Applications and operation:

The Cheese Hardening Vat Mod. V is designed to chill gradually the clipped cheese by immersion in cold water.



Construction features

  • Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food grade materials.
  • Sanitary type construction with internal surfaces bent with large radius to avoid any stagnation point and to help washing operations.
  • Modular vat, length on request.
  • Product advancing system by No. chains and slats.
  • Advancing speed depended on product type.
  • Safety devices in compliance with CE Directive.

Attachments:

  • CIP built-in washing system.
  • Chiller and temperature thermoregulation group.
  • Gear motor driver by inverter for speed adjustment.
