SHREDDER Mod. TL

Applications and operation:

The Shredder Mod. TL is suitable for foods size reduction. It performs a production of 2000 kg/h in size 12 mm.

Construction features:

• Robust structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Tubolar supporting frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Motor and gear reduction unit with pins rotating on ball bearings lubricated in oil bath.
• No. 2 parallel shafts counterotating at different speeds.
• Shredding knives made of special steel.
• Feeding hopper with tiltable cover and overfill prevention level.
• Unloading hopper easily removable and ispectionable.
• Electrical switchboard with control panel.
• Safety devices in compliance with CE Directive.

Attachments:

• Slat elevator for machine feeding.
• Tilting-Lifter for machine feeding.
