BULK BUTTER FILLING MACHINE Mod. PPC

Applications and operation:

The Bulk Butter Filling Machine model PPC is made for the semi-automatic packaging of butter in pre-folded boxes with an internal plastic bag (bag-in-box). The product is fed into the hopper and pushed through the outlet by two counterotating augers. Here is placed the empty box into which the butter is conveyed until the predefined dosing volume is reached. After filling, augers stop and the box is moved away from the outlet so that the operator can remove it from a tiltable roller table.

Construction features:

• Structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food grade materials.
• Sandblasted internal surfaces in contact with product; ball-blasted / brushed external surfaces.
• Feeding hopper with capacity 60 liters. It can be opened to access and remove the augers during the washing phase.
• No. 2 Independent augers with rotation speed adjustable by VFD.
• Interchangeable outlet for boxes with dimensions on request.
• Discharging roller table with pneumatic tilting system.
• Suitable for filling butter with temperature from +9°C to +16°C.
• Filling of boxes weighting from 5 to 25 kg with rapid format changeover.
• Volumetric dosage with weight regulation system.
• Electric switchboard and control panel. PLC for the electronic management of the working cycle.
• Safety devices in compliance with EC Directive.

• Additonal outlets for boxes with different dimensions.
• Manual or pneumatic cutting device.
• Pneumatic cylinder to push the box on the discharging roller table.
