BUTTER FORMING MACHINE Mod. PPB

Applications and operation:

The Butter Forming Machine model PPB is suitable for the production of butterbrick sizes up to 1000 g. The product is fed in the hopper and extruded through the forming mould by two counterotating screw conveyors. So the butter row gets on a roller conveyor where is divided by a cutting device.

Construction features:

• Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel in all its external parts and in its parts in contact with butter.
• All inside surfaces touched by the product are sandblasted in order to reduce the butter grip, outside are glassblasted
• Supporting bed-plate, completely covered, on No.2 wheels to make displacements easier.
• Electric motor installed on frame suitable to tension belts.
• Gear reduction unit with pins rotating on ball bearings lubricated in oil bath. The hermetic seal of the oil pan avoids any possible oil discharge or seepage from the outside.
• No.2 disassembleable screws.
• Extruding chamber built in two parts to make disassembly easier.
• Tiltable plug to push butter into the feeding hopper.
• No. 1 mould for bricks or cylinders (size on demand).
• Cutting device with stainless steel interchangeable wires and wire tighteners.
• Stainless steel control panel with IP56 protection degree.
• Safety devices in compliance with CE Directive.

Attachments:

• Mould with rectangular outlets for different weights.
