BUTTER REWORKER MIXER Mod. MO/100
Applications and operation:
The Butter Reworker Mixer model MO/100 is a machine designed and built for reworking previously unfrozen butter blocks, which need to be blended with liquid or powdered ingredients. All the elements are manually loaded into the vat, where two conveniently shaped mixing blades process them until the desired homogeneity is obtained. At the end of the cycle, the vat is tilted to allow the quick unloading of the product and to to proceed with a new processing.
Construction features:
- Compact structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food grade materials, resting on 4 adjustable feet.
- Horizontal mixing tank with total capacity of 200 litres. Sandblasting treatment for all internal surfaces.
- No. 2 mixing blades conveniently shaped to process the butter and rotating at different speeds by means of independent VFD.
- Hydraulic cylinder for tilting the vat, driven by a built-in control unit. It allows easy unloading of the butter at the end of the working cycle.
- Splitted upper cover and with total opening. It guarantees complete access inside the vat, facilitating the loading, unloading and washing phases.
- Electrical switchboard with control panel installed on the machine.
- Safety devices according to CE directive.
