Applications and operation:

The Universal Machine Mod. CF is designed to process a wide range of products. Thanks to its standard equipment and optionals it is suitable for: size reduction, mixing, emulsifying, direct/indirect heating, cooling, deaerating (vacuum). So it’s typically employed in the industrial production of processed cheeses, cheese and butter preparations, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, dressings, confectionary fillings, etc.

Construction features:

  • Compact structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Tiltable processing vat built with double jacket to heat/cool the product. Hermetic closing on gasket.
  • Bottom blades driven directly by electric motor. Speed adjustable by inverter.
  • Mixing scraper driven by 28 r/min gear motor installed on the lid.
  • Funnel to add raw materials.
  • Steam injectors controlled by a digital thermostat and a PT100 probe.
  • Discharging valve to empty completely the product.
  • Electric switchboard equipped with PLC to control automatically the working cycle. Control panel equipped with a touch-screen display to set and load easily up to 15 recipes.
  • Safety devices in compliance with CE Directive.

  • Hermetic closing on gasket performed pneumatically.
  • Pneumatic discharging valve.

  • Process water automatic loading unit.
  • Positive displacement pump to extract the product.
