AUTOMATIC BLOCK MOULDING AND WRAPPING MACHINE Mod. MW
Applications and operation:
The Automatic Block Moulding and Wrapping Machine Mod. MW is suitable to produce blocks of butter, margarine or viscous products in size up to 10 kg. The main feature of the machine is the absence of electric motors, so it can easily be washed down with a hot water hose.
Construction features:
- Compact structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Block moulding section with pneumatic discharge system.
- Compensating cylinder with limit switches to activate divert valves.
- Paper storage reservoir with vacuum transfer system.
- Wrapping station with adjustable pneumatic jack folding plates.
- Electrical switchboard with control panel housed inside the structure provided with PLC and touch screen display to control automatically the working cycle.
- Safety devices in compliance with CE Directive.
Attachments:
- Wire cutter to pre-slice the block into max 10 portions before wrapping.
- Hot water generator.
